1. Scope of Works
Quotes are based on the works described only.
Any additional work, materials, or unforeseen issues will be treated as a variation and charged separately.
2. Pricing
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
3. Variations
Variations must be approved by the client (verbal or written) before proceeding.
4. Access & Site Conditions
Client must provide safe and clear access to the work area.
Hidden issues (e.g. rot, structural defects, damage not initially visible) are not included and can be quoted separately.
5. Working Hours
Standard working hours are between 08.00 to 18.00, Monday–Friday.
Work outside these hours may incur additional charges.
6. Materials
Unless specified, materials are standard trade quality.
Client-supplied materials are not covered under workmanship warranty.
7. Deposits & Payment Terms
A Deposit may be required to secure booking.
Progress payments may apply for larger jobs.
Final payment due on completion or within 14 days.
Late payments may incur fees.
All materials supplied remain the property of HusbandMan Pty Ltd until the final invoice is paid in full.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Minimum 24 hours notice required.
Late cancellations may incur a call-out or lost time fee where another job is unable to be scheduled.
9. Waste & Clean-Up
Basic clean-up included.
Removal of large quantities of waste or hazardous materials may incur extra charges.
10. Warranty
Workmanship warranty: 12 months.
Does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Movement/cracking in existing structures
Client-supplied materials
11. Insurance & Liability
HusbandMan holds appropriate public liability insurance.
Not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues outside the scope of works.
12. Permits & Compliance
The client is responsible for obtaining any required approvals (eg Development Approval, Landlord's permission).
Work is carried out in line with relevant Australian standards where applicable.
