HusbandMan Travel Charge Policy:
Effective 1st April 2026, HusbandMan is updating our travel policy to account for rising fuel and vehicle costs. These changes ensure we can continue to provide reliable, high-quality handyman services across the Snowy-Monaro region.
Travel Charge Formula
We provide a generous "free-travel" buffer for every visit to keep costs as low as possible.
30km Allowance: The first 30km of travel per trip (round trip from Cooma) is Free.
Standard Rate: Any travel above the initial 30km is charged at $1.30 per km.
Multiple Visits & Ongoing Projects
For larger projects that cannot be completed in a single day, please note the following:
Per-Trip Application: The travel charge applies to each individual trip made to your site. The charge applies only once per day, even if multiple staff attend and / or more than one trip is required on the same day.
Each day we travel to your site , the first 30km remains free, and the $1.30/km rate applies to the balance for that work day.
fficiency: We always strive to minimise trips by planning material pickups and tool requirements in advance to keep your travel costs as low as possible. Where multiple jobs for different customers can be performed on the same trip, travel costs will be split between customers.
